TCC offers a complimentary 15 day LIMITED WARRANTY subject to inspection and approval by TCC
Warranty covers quality issues arising from manufacturing defect.

Please contact us immediately on how to proceed with necessary repairs. 
Any items resized, lost or stolen will not be covered by our warranty.

**Take note that jewellery product is a precious and fragile item and should be worn with due care and not subjecting the item to impact against hard objects which may result in damage (bent prongs, chipped diamonds, fallen stones including diamonds/gems, misshapen ring bands) which will not be covered by TCC Warranty.

Can i send my item to a local jeweler?
Any work or service performed by a 3rd party will void this warranty.
