RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

EXCHANGES POLICY

 

• Request for Exchange shall be made within three (3) days after receiving the item. Any requests made beyond the stipulated time frame will not have guaranteed approval and will only be approved upon management descration.

• Accepted reason(s) of Exchange are as the following:

      i. Item received in defective condition.
      ii. Item received different from ordered item

• Note: Exchange request due to change of mind and /or for items that are damaged due “wear and tear” are NOT ACCEPTABLE.

• All returned item for Exchange must be in new, unused, unsoiled condition complete with its original packaging and receipt.

• TCC will conduct quality check of the returned item before proceeding for the Exchange to ensure the above conditions are fulfilled.

• The returning cost of the item to be exchanged shall be borne by the Customer. TCC will not be responsible for any unforeseen circumstances during the returning process by the Customer. TCC will only provide courier airway bill for the returning of the item if the item has been confirmed to be in defective condition upon delivery OR item received by the Customer is different from the order placed.

• Exchange is only limited to the same design of the same value subject to stock availability. 

• Exchange process may take approximately fourteen (14) working days after the return item is received by TCC from Customer.

EXCEPTIONS

Bridal, personalized pieces (including engravables), sale items that have been permanently marked down, and bespoke made to order pieces are final sale with no exceptions. All custom orders, as well as pre-orders, are final sale. Items that are considered final sale will be clearly marked. 

Orders sent back to TCC without approval are subject to additional fees and the order may be returned at the customer’s expense.
