SHIPPING + PROCESS

When will my order be shipped?
Please check product page for the lead time for new custom orders which typically takes 4-6 weeks. In Stock items do allow up to 7 working days. A FedEx tracking number will be sent to you with the shipping confirmation email sent to you.

Is my shipping insured?
All items will be fully insured and requires signature upon delivery. Should you miss your delivery the item will be held at the local FedEx center or returned to The Carat Club. (Please note the purchaser will have to bear all costs associated with the returns of a package after failed delivery attempts)

International Orders
TCC is not responsible for fees, customs related delivery delays. Buyer is responsible for all duties and VAT for international orders and fees will be collected by FedEx before the package can be delivered. Returned packages due to unpaid duty or VAT is not the responsibility of TCC, any incurred costs to return the package is borne by the buyer. The order recipient must comply with all laws and regulations of destination country.
